I get what it’s like to be in the real estate game. These days, I focus on helping real estate pros make their jobs a bit smoother.
I’m Paul John Varron. I made the switch to virtual assistance from a background in property sales, rather than general admin. That’s exactly why you’d want to bring me on board.
It’s usually better to have longer conversations over a call.
I’ve spent some time in property sales, working as a property specialist. My days were filled with chatting with buyers, showcasing units, coordinating with developers, and keeping track of follow-ups that could make or break a sale. Sure, the selling part was what everyone saw, but there was a whole lot going on behind the scenes, managing records, documents, scheduling, reminders, and making sure all the details were spot on.
I gravitated towards virtual assistance because that behind-the-scenes aspect is where I really shine. Plus, it’s often the first thing agents run out of time for. The cool thing is, this kind of work can be done from pretty much anywhere, as long as the person handling it knows the ins and outs of the industry.
I’ve got a solid IT and technical background, so all of this feels right at home for me. Whether it’s picking up a new CRM, fixing a messed-up spreadsheet, or setting up a template to cut a task down from an hour to just ten minutes, that’s where I really thrive. I genuinely enjoy it!
What matters to me is having information readily available, so nothing relies on someone else’s memory. I want to always be in the loop about what's been accomplished. If something's unclear, I’ll just ask. And if I’m not familiar with a platform, I’ll admit it and then figure it out.
Real estate knowledge, then technical capability, then administrative support.
There are four stages, all heading in the same direction. The sequence is important; the admin tasks follow logically since the real estate work is what kicks everything off.
where it stared
Real estate agent / sales associate
I dealt with client inquiries, presented properties, handled leads, followed up, and coordinated with developers, all while managing the sales admin that supports everything. That’s where I figured out what really holds up a deal.
then
Property specialist
When presenting developer projects to potential buyers, it’s important to clearly explain the different units and terms involved. Making sure the property information is accurate is crucial, too. Plus, you’ve got to keep a close eye on buyers who might be taking their time to decide.
Underneath it
IT / technical background
When it comes to technical problem-solving, dealing with computer systems and troubleshooting feels like second nature. That’s why a new CRM, a tricky spreadsheet formula, or a platform you haven’t used before is just another Tuesday—it’s not a crisis at all.
now
Real estate virtual assistant
I provide remote administrative support that includes CRM and lead management, help with listings and transactions, research, and content creation. Plus, I offer training in productivity systems and digital marketing tools, all while working closely with clients.
