Here's the real deal on what I can handle today.
There are four levels, and I won’t inflate anything. If I’m not familiar with a platform, I’ll be upfront about it on the call. I’ll give you a rough estimate of how much time I’d need, and then you can figure out what works for you. Honestly, it’s better to be real about a tool than to oversell it, it’ll save you money in the long run.

01
Administrative tools
This is where most of the admin work really gets done.
02
CRM & real estate platforms
I use the one you’re already subscribed to. Learning a new CRM is just part of getting settled in; it’s not anything out of the ordinary.
03
Design & content
We’re offering graphics, short property videos and AI generated, all created in your brand’s style.
04
Marketing
Scheduling and managing pages, that's the nitty-gritty of marketing. It’s more about the day-to-day operations than the big campaign strategies.
05
Website & e-commerce
It's handy when you're working on a listing page, a landing page, or making edits to a site.
06
AI-Driven Tools
Using AI tools can really help simplify tasks, boost productivity, generate content, and make business processes quicker and more efficient.
What’s behind the tool list?
Software can be swapped out easily. These components work with whatever you’re already using.
1. Data organisation
Bringing together all those scattered bits of information into a single, organized structure with some guiding rules that make sense.
2. Written communication
Updates, checking in with clients, and making sure the paperwork is easy to understand right from the start.
3. Process documentation
I’m putting together a checklist so that I won’t have to rely on my memory for everything.
4. Research & verification
Gathering info and keeping track of where each number came from.
5. Spreadsheet building
Validation, formulas, and views, all those sheets that others can use without messing things up.
6. Learning new platforms
If you have a technical background switching to new software should be a short ramp period, not a blocker.
